Implementation and monitoring of the supply chain plan based on sales forecasts.

Coordinate with the various supply chain structures, management and subsidiaries and to ensure the fluidity of operations while respecting deadlines and costs (allocated budget).

Plan needs according to the demands of the structures and the projects to be carried out.

Coordinate with the GDS manager to ensure safety stock to avoid stockouts.

Monitor and adjust schedules based on changes in demand.

Define specific, measurable, realistic objectives according to established standards.

Collect, analyze and report performance data.

Implement dashboards adapted to operational and strategic needs.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) according to established requirements and guidelines.

Identify weak points and suggest areas for improvement.

Collect and analyze data based on a reliable and regular process.

Analyze results to detect problems, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Produce periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Propose and monitor the implementation of corrective or improvement action plans.

Propose solutions to optimize performance management.

Conduct regular process audits.
