Job Description
: Develop innovation strategies: Define strategic directions for innovation and align them with company objectives.
Define and implement innovation management processes that foster creativity and the emergence of projects.
Maintain technological and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for new projects and market trends.
Prioritize innovation projects according to organizational objectives and available resources.
Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
Monitor the progress of innovation projects, respecting deadlines and allocated budgets, and ensure effective risk management.
Ensure internal and external communication on projects to engage various stakeholders within the company and create a culture of innovation.
Promote the adoption of innovations in collaboration with different company functions to maximize their impact.
