Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the health, safety and environment management system and deploy the SAFRAN group's HSE manual
Manage the HSE process and monitor performance
Advise and support UO/site management in the deployment of the HSE policy and the achievement of objectives
Assist the UO/site management in identifying and complying with regulatory and other applicable requirements
Leading the deployment of Safran's HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) frameworks and the HSE maturity improvement process
Lead HSE missions and manage the team under your responsibility
Adapt strategic adjustments and support teams in achieving objectives
Manage the implementation of HSE tools, methodologies and procedures
Lead the development and implementation of the HSE Operational Progress Plan (POP'SSE)
Assist operational staff in preparing local HSE Operational Progress Plans (HSE POPs).
