Job Description
Manage a multidisciplinary team to achieve the operational objectives of the activity (S,Q,C,D,M,E)
Apply and report the HK master plan guidelines throughout the financial year
Be the guarantor of the social stability of the perimeter
Complementary Description
Ensure compliance with the applicable rules and standards
Be responsible for the performance level of its activity in operational and financial terms (Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadline, personnel, Budget compliance) in line with the company's quality policy
Be the guarantor of the smooth running of the PIC/PDP process
Plan the associated routines
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the resulting actions
Guarantee the maintenance and effectiveness of management routines
Participate and manage internal, customer or regulatory audits
Participate in the deployment of the company's quality policy
Pr Prepare and manage the annual progress plan (MasterPlan)
Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects
Encourage ideas for improvement and innovation
Coach your team: Quality, Methods, Workshop Manager, scheduler, operators
Plan and carry out annual performance reviews of your employees with the business manager
Participate in the analysis of EAs and establish Professional Development plans for your employees
Deploy and enforce internal regulations in line with the group's values
Maintain a calm climate of communication within your scope Decide on
hiring to ensure production
