Roles & Responsibilities

Main activities:

  • Analyze the tender documents
  • Read and understand the technical and administrative requirements
  • Complete the specifications in accordance with the requirements
  • Collect the necessary information from the various services
  • Verify the conformity of the documents before submission
  • Follow up on files until they are submitted
  • Archive files and documents

Required skills:

  • Good mastery of public procurement procedures
  • Analytical and synthesis skills; rigor and attention to detail
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel) - Good writing skills
  • Respect for the laws
