Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Develop annual and seasonal marketing plans for all restaurants and bars.
Create campaigns that support revenue targets, brand positioning and guest engagement.
Coordinate with the F&B Director and outlet managers on priorities, menus and promotions.
Oversee photoshoots, menu design and creative assets.
Manage social media content, posting schedules and audience engagement.
Track online reviews and coordinate responses with the F&B team.
Plan and execute seasonal events, holiday offers and collaborations.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and media visits.
Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on data.
Support new menu rollouts with photos, content, tasting events and launch plans.
Work with Chefs and Restaurant Managers on storytelling around dishes and signature drinks.
Explore collaborations that increase visibility and drive traffic.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and share insights with leadership.
Ensure marketing efforts support guest satisfaction and service experiences.
Work closely with F&B, sales, PR and events to keep everyone aligned.

Desired Candidate Profile
2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or food service industry.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, along with strong interpersonal abilities to enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, especially food & beverage.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data and campaign performance for continuous improvement.
Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
