Qualifications: Diploma / Graduate
Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef or restaurant manager in daily kitchen and restaurant operations
Train junior staff and support team development
Ensure quality standards for food preparation and presentation
Monitor hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
Help coordinate workflow between kitchen and service staff
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or food & beverage environment preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to train and mentor junior staff
Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
Flexible to work in shifts
