Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Create and implement policies and procedures.

Provide training for staff on customer service, food handling, and safety procedures.

Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours while controlling labor costs.

Conduct regular inspections and training on safety protocols.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction promptly and professionally to enhance the dining experience.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sale.

Engage with the community to promote the restaurant.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work long hours and weekends

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Food safety certification

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality management or related field preferred

Minimum of 6 years' experience in restaurant management role.
