Requirements:
Responsible for the opening and overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and cafe, ensuring high standards of customer service, menu, food quality, and cleanliness. Manages staff, schedules, inventory, and budgets, while driving sales and maintaining a positive guest experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) and hospitality is a plus.
