Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cash drawers, counters, and surrounding areas, to uphold hygiene standards and operational efficiency.
- Handle cash balancing and reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift, resolving any discrepancies promptly and accurately.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
