Roles & Responsibilities
Restaurant Counter Cashier
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :
Greet customers and take orders at the counter in a polite and professional manner Handle billing and payments (cash/card) accurately Maintain proper cash handling procedures and follow assigned POS/counter processes Assist customers with basic queries and ensure a positive dining experience Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to support order flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area Work efficiently in a fast-paced F&B environment
Requirements :
Good communication and customer service skills Basic understanding of cash handling (training will be provided)
Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work under pressure and manage peak-hour rush Willingness to work shifts as required
