- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and compliance with brand standards.
- Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling to maintain high operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales, cost control, and inventory management to achieve financial targets.
- Prepare and analyze P&L reports, EBITDA, and other financial statements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and problem resolution.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same position with a leading international QSR brand
- Industry Examples: McDonald s, Domino s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin , etc.
