Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff (baristas, waiters, cashiers)
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Monitor inventory, orders, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Work closely with ownership on improving sales and operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (coffee shop experience is a plus)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of coffee shop operations and service flow
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
Presentable and customer-oriented
