Roles & Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, overseeing kitchen activities, and ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on cooking experience along with overall management of staff and operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise kitchen and service staff
- Prepare and oversee food production and quality
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
- Handle inventory, stock control, and purchasing
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Train and guide staff for efficient performance
- Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Restaurant Manager
- Strong cooking and kitchen management skills
