Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Exceptional Leadership: Provide inspirational, consistent leadership across all departments, fostering a positive, high-energy, and professional work environment. Your strong leadership skills are essential here.
Operational Excellence: Drive the daily execution of all restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and safety are met consistently.
Team Development & Training: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by designing and implementing effective training programs for all staff. You will be responsible for elevating the skills and performance of the entire team.
Guest Relations & Retention: Serve as the face of the restaurant, utilizing your charisma and superior guest relation skills to build rapport, manage VIP experiences, and drive the retention of customers.
Process & Administration: Maintain strong control over administrative functions, including high-level documentation management, inventory, scheduling, and labor cost control.
Technology Fluency: Utilize your strong computer and Office software knowledge, with a specific focus on the Omega software system for reporting and operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a consistent and dedicated leader with a verifiable track record in high-volume, quality dining. We appreciate candidates who are also a family person and can bring a grounded perspective to their leadership.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Option 1: A Hospitality Degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management (managing both kitchen and FOH).
- Option 2: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in restaurant management (managing both kitchen and FOH) in lieu of a formal degree.
- Proven experience working with or for an international company or brand is required.

- A charismatic and naturally engaging personality.
- Demonstrated ability to perform training and mentor staff.
- Excellent knowledge of back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) documentation.
- Proficiency in modern office and operational technology.
