Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintain cleanliness standards.

Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints promptly, interact with guests to ensure a positive experience, and maintain high service standards.

Financial & Inventory Control: Manage budgets, track sales, order supplies, manage inventory levels, and handle payroll administration.

Scheduling & Administration: Create weekly staff schedules, assign workstations, and manage staff rosters.
