Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location Erbil, Iraq

We are looking for a highly experienced and confident Restaurant Manager to oversee operations and manage the restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations from pre-opening through full service.
Recruit, train, and lead a team to deliver the restaurant brand experience.
Ensure excellent customer service aligned with brand expectations.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination.
Implement hygiene, safety, and operational procedures in line with international standards.
Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost controls effectively.
Act as the face of the restaurant handling VIP guests, solving issues, and maintaining a strong floor presence.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 7 years experience in managing standalone restaurants
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and confident personality.
Fluent in English and Arabic
High attention to detail and service quality.
Strong team development and customer relations skills.
