Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily FOH operations and service standards.
Drive sales, profitability, and cost control.
Train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and government compliance.
Handle guest relations, complaints, and service recovery.
Monitor inventory, payroll, budgets, and branch reporting.
Coordinate with Area Manager, Chef, and Marketing team.
Execute promotions, events, and performance targets.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years experience in the same role.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
