Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced French-speaking Restaurant Manager to join a modern chain of restaurants in Kinshasa, Africa.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Solid experience in Front-of-House operations, including customer service and team supervision
- Experience in inventory management, reconciliation of inventories and coordination with suppliers
- Proven ability to supervise, train and manage diverse local teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer orientation
- Mandatory mastery of French (oral and written)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, management or equivalent field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the hotel and catering sector.
