� Restaurant General Manager Wanted – Turnaround Opportunity �
We are looking for a highly experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full operational responsibility for an established restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah.
This is not a routine management role. The business is in a turnaround phase and requires a results-driven leader who can increase sales, improve profitability, control costs, and restore operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
Increase dine-in, takeaway, and delivery sales
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns
Control food cost, labor cost, and waste
Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships
Optimize Talabat and other delivery platform performance
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Produce weekly reports on sales, costs, and profitability
Implement systems and controls to improve efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and turning around a restaurant
Strong understanding of restaurant financials and KPIs
Experience with delivery platforms such as Talabat
Ability to increase footfall and build repeat business
Excellent leadership and staff management skills
Hands-on, proactive, and highly accountable
UAE experience preferred
Success Metrics:

Reduce waste and unnecessary expenses
Achieve sustainable profitability
