Conduct daily briefings that integrate pre arrival insights from reception, ensuring the team is prepared to anticipate guest needs.

Monitor daily financial performance, including sales mix, labor cost, and productivity indicators, translating operational decisions into strong financial outcomes.

Contribute to business planning, revenue initiatives, and operational strategies that anticipate demand and maximize profitability.

Prepare and present operational reports, insights, and recommendations to the General Manager.

Support inventory management, cost controls, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Maintain cost effective efficiency, overseeing labor, inventory, and controllable expenses within approved budgets.

Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and urgency, ensuring effective resolution and recovery.

Monitor service performance and guest satisfaction metrics, implementing continuous improvement actions.

Contribute to revenue optimization through effective management of turn time, seating strategy, yield management, and demand planning.
