Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee a chain of fine-dining and international cuisine restaurants based in Brazzaville Republic of Congo.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, hygiene regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
- Train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency and quality.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant
- Minimum of 7 10 years experience in restaurant management, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or strategic operations role.
- Proven background in fine dining or international cuisine operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost control, and P&L accountability
- Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Deep understanding of international cuisine, fine dining service standards, and guest experience management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in French (mandatory) and English (preferred).
