Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee a chain of fine-dining and international cuisine restaurants based in Brazzaville Republic of Congo.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, hygiene regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
  • Train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency and quality.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant
  • Minimum of 7 10 years experience in restaurant management, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or strategic operations role.
  • Proven background in fine dining or international cuisine operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost control, and P&L accountability
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of international cuisine, fine dining service standards, and guest experience management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in French (mandatory) and English (preferred).
