Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the service staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and high performance.
- Manage staff schedules, including shift assignments, breaks, and time-off requests, optimizing labor costs while maintaining service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently, resolving issues and turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
- Holds relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role, showcasing practical expertise.
- Exhibits a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry within the GCC region, understanding local nuances.
