Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate front-of-house (FOH) and kitchen staff (cooks, cashiers).
  • Customer Experience: Ensure excellent service, resolve complaints professionally, monitor food quality/presentation, and ensure guests enjoy their burgers.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily opening/closing, manage cash, monitor inventory/stocking, and maintain cleanliness/sanitation.
  • Compliance & Standards: Enforce company policies, health/safety codes, and burger recipes/preparation standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare shift reports and communicate operational needs to the Restaurant Manager.
