Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Supervise and motivate the FOH team, fostering a positive, energetic, and constantly learning work environment.
Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of service, hospitality, and product quality are maintained, making every customer feel welcome.
Operational Management: Oversee daily FOH operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient service area.
Training and Development: Assist in the training of new team members on service standards, product knowledge (especially our unique, superfood-focused menu), and brand values.
Problem Solving: Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally, always aiming for a positive outcome.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
A genuine passion for food, cooking, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
