Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and speed of service meet brand standards.
Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or concerns.
Manage staff scheduling, shift assignments, and break rotations.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
Enforce safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations at all times.
Oversee inventory levels, assist with stock orders, and manage waste.
Perform opening and closing duties including cash handling and daily reporting.
Support the Restaurant Manager with operational tasks and delegate responsibilities
effectively.
Promote a positive and productive work environment, leading by example.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 2 years of experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment.
Prior experience in a supervisory or shift lead role preferred.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (ServSafe certification is a plus).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
