Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
- Floor Operations & Service Flow: Oversees service during shifts, ensuring smooth operations, attentive service, and strong coordination between the floor, kitchen, and bar.
- Guest Experience: Supports the delivery of a polished dining experience, handling guest feedback with professionalism and escalating matters when needed.
- Team Support: Guides and monitors the service team, reinforcing grooming standards, service etiquette, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Communication: Ensures clear and timely communication of service priorities, special requests, and operational updates across teams.
- Standards & Readiness: Maintains well-prepared service areas and upholds the presentation, hygiene, and detail expected in a fine dining environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
- Strong understanding of service standards, dining etiquette, and guest engagement.
- Natural leadership presence with the ability to support and coordinate a team
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills and composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
