Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence at all times
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house teams during service
- Act as a visible presence on the floor, managing guest relations and resolving issues professionally
- Coordinate service flow between floor, bar, kitchen, and host teams
- Support management with staff scheduling, briefings, and performance monitoring
- Uphold grooming, presentation, and service standards in line with brand expectations
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a premium dining venue or beach club
- Formal qualification in Hospitality or a related field
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Fluent English is essential
- Strong proficiency in Greek or Russian, depending on the assigned venue
- Experience in high-volume, guest-centric environments
- Professional appearance and confident communication style
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a premium dining venue or beach club or Minimum 3 years experience as a Head Waiter in a high-end hospitality environment
- Formal qualification in Hospitality or a related field
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Fluent English is essential
- Strong proficiency in Greek or Russian, depending on the assigned venue
- Experience in high-volume, guest-centric environments
- Professional appearance and confident communication style
