Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter / Waitress to join our fine dining restaurant in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, experience in fine dining hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.

• Serve food and beverages professionally according to fine dining service standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly address requests or concerns.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

• Process bills and payments accurately.

• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.

• Assist in setting up and closing dining areas before and after service.

• Upsell menu items and promote special offers where applicable.
