We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with mass vendors, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mass vendors.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic account management.
  • Analyze vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms.

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
