As a Retail Agent, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the hotel s retail operations through exceptional guest service, inventory control, and maintaining the visual appeal of the retail space.

What you will do

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting merchandise that aligns with their preferences and needs.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing retail space at all times.

• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory, including receiving, tagging, replenishing, and conducting regular inventory counts.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Promote retail products by offering insights into new arrivals, seasonal items, and promotions.

• Work closely with hotel departments to coordinate merchandise displays and hotel branding initiatives.

• Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and displayed according to company standards.

• Maintain detailed records of sales, returns, and special orders.

• Support the Spa Managers in achieving sales targets and goals.

• Follow all safety and security procedures and hotel policies.

What you bring

Proficiency in spoken and written English is required;

Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a luxury setting.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proficiency with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
