Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth performance, sales growth, and cost control.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
Monitor store performance and ensure high standards of cleanliness, stock availability, and visual presentation.
Handle escalated customer complaints and coordinate with teams for promotions and campaigns.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage and support store managers and teams to ensure strong performance and service standards.
Conduct training on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and health & safety regulations.
Monitor staffing levels and ensure proper coverage across all stores.
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities:
Support B2B and B2G business development initiatives.
Conduct market research and provide insights for business growth.
Contribute to improving operational and marketing strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in perfumes, skincare, or premium fashion brands.
Strong background in client-facing sales roles within high-end retail environments.
Excellent personal presentation, grooming standards, and brand representation suitable for luxury clientele.
Strong communication skills with ability to engage international customers.
Multilingual ability is an advantage, particularly English and other European or international languages.
Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven retail environments.
Willingness to relocate and work in Abu Dhabi.
