Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee operations and performance of multiple retail stores within a designated geographic area.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage and lead a team of Store Managers, providing guidance, training, and performance coaching.
- Analyze store-level data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize inventory management, staffing, and customer service levels across the stores.
- Identify and address operational challenges or customer experience issues promptly.
- generating opportunities and following up on deals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or consumer technology industry & Telcom industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets in a multi-store environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
- Familiarity with retail technology, inventory management systems, and data analysis tools.
