What You ll Do
* Secure and clear designated areas, close entrances when required, and prevent unauthorized video recording.
* Direct individuals to safe exits and ensure elevators, escalators, and travellators are not used during emergencies.
* Provide assistance to elderly or disabled individuals during evacuations.
* Evacuate shops, toilets, and parking areas, ensuring fire exits are unlocked and all machinery is powered down.
* Guide emergency personnel to incident sites and coordinate with the control room to assist trapped individuals.
* Maintain accurate and timely communication with the control room and management, issuing evacuation orders only after confirmation.
* Ensure staff and customers gather at assembly points and restrict re-entry until officially approved.
* Conduct regular patrols of the mall, parking lots, and surrounding premises to detect risks and irregularities.
* Submit daily reports to the control room and uphold mall safety and service excellence.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety, security, or asset protection roles.
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
* Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Ability to remain calm, professional, and responsive under pressure.
