Roles & Responsibilities

Implement the annual plan of retail fuel effectively in line with OOMCO policies, procedures and processes in order to achieve the sales targets for volume, turnover and gross margin.

To provide retail operation performance report in monthly basis and on request basis, review it with the yearly plan, and recommend recovery plan to ensure the company profitability.

To conduct market studies, identify and recommend potential business opportunities for OOMCO with accordance to the company process and procedures to ensure business growth.

To review, identify and maintain continues improvement initiatives within the business functionality to ensure business sustainability.

To assist in implementing country wise effective marketing activities with alignment of OOMCO marketing Department to enhance brand management.

To maintain long relationship with current clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommend profit and service improvement in order to ensure the business sustainability.

To Manage the debtors collections according to OOMCO finance department policy and consistent follow up is carried out to order to maintain effective debtor management and improve debtor days as per the set target.

Reconcile dealer s payment in order to avoid mismatching and overdue to protect OOMCO money & interest.

Propose to override the services station account s once it goes on stop supply to assure timely delivery of the fuel.

Raise the credit note & debit note to the service stations based on the reconciliation to correct any wrong transaction which may delay the payment to OOMCO by the dealer.

Ensuring on-time delivery of invoices to all of our customers to avoid stoppage of supply to any customer due to late invoice delivery.

To ensure that all necessary government permits to all retail sites are available within OOMCO timeframe to ensure business efficiency.

Follow up with the Customer Cars & Logistic to make sure that efficient fuel delivery to the stations without going dry or return the load.

To work closely with Fuel cards team to enhance Basma Revalue in the Service Station to increase overall loyalty and sales to accomplish the set plan.

To work closely with SFS team to propose ideas to enhance the offering the SFS to increase customers flow and enhance customers journey.

To work closely with Retail Network Development team to conducting the feasibility study for NTIs and redevelop existing service stations in order to strengthen and enhance the network whenever it is required.

To ensure that all service stations are operating within OOMCO framework and standards to ensure operation excellence.

Monitor the monthly price change in the service station and confirm that all service station price change on time to avoid any fine from the concern authorities.

Guide all sites manager s, operators, & dealers to recover the reported scope of development in terms of standards and operations to protect OOMCO image.

To review, identify and maintain continues improvement initiatives within the business functionality to ensure business sustainability.

Ensure all HSE requirements policies, standards, procedures and guidelines are implemented and complied by all service station s owners, operators, site manager, & staff to ensure safe working environment and good customer

Ensure all stakeholders are working within safe working environment to protect the life and any eliminate LTI

Attend all emergency cases/situations and initiate/report investigation whenever it is required to provide the information and the feedback which facilitate the investigation

Report all incident / accident in the system to have proper& accurate record.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor Degree in business management or equivalent

Maximum of 2 years in fuel retail or similar field

Sales & Marketing Skills.

Team Work
