Retail Coordinator (Luxury Retail)

We are looking for an experienced Retail Coordinator to support day-to-day store operations, sales performance, and brand standards across our locations. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in luxury retail, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English.


Key Responsibilities

Sumbit sales reports OTBs

. Coordinate daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

Support sales targets and work closely with store teams to improve performance

Follow up on merchandising, VM updates, stock levels, and replenishment

Prepare weekly sales reports and performance summaries

Handle communication between stores, suppliers, and management

Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines and customer service standards

Support events, activations, and in-store promotions when needed


Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficiency in Excel is required

Customer-service oriented with strong attention to detail
