Retail Coordinator

Ensure adherence to brand visual standards and guidelines.

Support brand promotion and marketing initiatives to increase footfall and sales.

Collaborate with Store Managers and Visual Merchandisers to optimize product displays and maximize customer interest.

Regularly visit stores to monitor brand performance, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas.

Analyze sales data to manage bestsellers and address slow-moving items.

Act as a liaison between the Commercial and Sales teams, ensuring alignment on brand objectives.

Provide product knowledge sessions, brand presentations, and onboarding for new store staff.

Motivate and guide store teams to achieve sales targets.

Execution Activities

Manage stock replenishment, transfers, and sales forecasts.

Oversee in-store promotions, seasonal changes, and merchandising updates.

Maintain high retail and visual standards across all stores.

Prepare and share regular performance and store visit reports.

Monitor competitors and industry trends to enhance brand positioning.

Coordination Activities:

Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns and promotional activities.

Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Warehouse teams for display and stock execution.

Assist in new store openings and ensure operational readiness.
