Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing retail accounts and distribution channels.
- Open and develop new retail markets (supermarkets, grocery stores, and mini chains).
- Build and maintain a strong and active customer network.
- Develop and implement geographic expansion plans.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG retail sales.
- Proven track record in opening new markets.
- Strong relationships within the retail sector are a plus.
- Field-oriented leadership personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Preferably owns a means of transportation.
