Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assists in loading / Unloading containers / cartons to the store or warehouse.
  • Checks items received against shipping invoice to ensure the shipment is accurate.
  • Organizes inventory in the stockroom and ensure stockroom compliance.
  • Supports Visual Merchandising for common areas within the store environment.
  • Support replenishment of Q-rails and cash counter products.
  • Replenishes stock on the sales floor as needed.
  • Facilitates / Supports scheduled store inventory as per the plan and ensure compliance to SOP’s.
  • Assists Operations In-charge and Brands In-charge in preventing theft and maintaining accuracy in inventory.
  • Pull-outs & Packs defective / damage / expired items or overstocks and arrange for return shipment as per SOP’s.
  • Assists in clearing up the store and stockroom during closing shifts.
  • Possesses physical strength necessary to unload, lift, and carry heavy cartons.
  • Familiar & Proficient to work on computers (possess basic MS-Office skills) and confident in operating on inventory software’s.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Exhibits familiarity with the range of brand products.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.
  • Is a potential team player.
  • Demonstrates ability to read and interpret inventory documents.
  • Exhibits familiarity with proper safety procedures in stockrooms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should hold a high school Diploma / Degree.
  • Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience or relevant.
