Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and customize POS (MPOS/CPOS) screens, workflows, and UI layouts.

  • Implement and troubleshoot commerce extensions using the Commerce SDK.
  • Support integration with retail hardware including weighing scales, barcode printers, cash drawers, receipt printers, and customer displays.
  • Configure and manage Commerce Scale Units (CSU) for HQ and store environments.
  • Develop and optimize retail APIs, workflows, and loyalty integrations.
  • Support offline POS scenarios and resolve synchronization issues.
  • Customize receipts, fiscal printer formats, and POS operational logic.
  • Collaborate with retail functional teams to implement promotions, discounts, coupons, and loyalty programs.
  • Troubleshoot store issues related to POS transactions, retail statements, and system synchronization.
  • Prepare technical documentation, POS user guides, and deployment instructions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • 4 6 years of experience in D365 Commerce or AX Retail technical development.
  • Strong experience developing POS extensions using Commerce SDK.
  • Experience with MPOS, CPOS, CSU, and retail hardware integration.
  • Experience with TypeScript, C#, and .NET-based POS extensions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for multi-store environments.
  • Experience integrating POS with payment gateways, loyalty systems, and mobile apps.
  • Microsoft Certified: D365 Commerce Functional/Technical Certification (Preferred).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
