Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Lending products, ensuring alignment with the bank s strategic objectives and financial goals.

Own the lending product portfolio, including P&L accountability, pricing strategy, and revenue growth initiatives.

Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and business expansion.

Collaborate with credit, risk, compliance, operations, and IT teams to design, launch, and enhance lending products, balancing customer experience with risk and profitability.

Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to optimize product performance, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions.

Monitor product performance metrics, profitability, credit risk, and market share; provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Act as the senior bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet strategic objectives without deep involvement in day-to-day technical execution.

Influence and guide business stakeholders on lending product decisions, aligning with regulatory requirements and market trends.

Lead initiatives to innovate digital lending solutions, increase customer engagement, and drive adoption of new products and features.
