Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and engage with international customers in a professional manner

  • Present and promote jewelry products to meet customer needs
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a clean, organized environment
  • Handle transactions and manage customer queries effectively
  • Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
  • Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs.
  • Answers customer's questions about merchandise.
  • Assists customers with purchase decisions.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Presentable, energetic, and committed to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
