Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and engage with international customers in a professional manner
- Present and promote jewelry products to meet customer needs
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain store displays and ensure a clean, organized environment
- Handle transactions and manage customer queries effectively
- Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
- Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs.
- Answers customer's questions about merchandise.
- Assists customers with purchase decisions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Presentable, energetic, and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
