Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience
Assist customers in selecting suitable gifts and products
Explain basic product features.
Complete sales transactions accurately at the cashier
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
Refill shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Support inventory receiving, tagging, and stocking
Handle customer questions and escalate issues when necessary
Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
University student or university graduate (any field)
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Good communication skills
Basic to good English language skills
Ability to work full-time, including shifts and weekends
Ability to stand for long hours and handle light lifting
Friendly and professional attitude
Customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow
Attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
