Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries according to company policy
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management
- Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
