Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a creative retail space for stationery lovers, artists, students, and professionals — located in a well-known shopping mall in Hawally, Kuwait — seeking a smart and enthusiastic sales associate who is eager to grow with us and help customers explore high-quality tools and creative supplies.


  • Greet and assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases
  • Explain product features and recommend items based on customer needs
  • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain clean and well-stocked shelves and displays
  • Support printing services (training provided) and ensure high-quality output
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock intake
  • Stay informed about new arrivals and promotions
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service
  • Contribute to a positive and organized team environment

Desired Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • ✅ Smart, reliable, and proactive with a friendly personality
  • ✅ Currently based in Kuwait (Transferable residency - Visa 18)
  • ✅ Fluent in English (Arabic fluency is a plus)
  • ✅ Has retail experience, ideally in stationery, art supplies, or print services
  • ✅ Comfortable learning how to use printing equipment (training available)
  • ✅ Organized and detail-oriented
  • ✅ Enjoys working with people and has a helpful attitude
  • ✅ Open to weekend or evening shifts when needed
