Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer ServiceGreet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively

  • Sales & TargetsAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Promote products, offers, and promotions to increase sales

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue

  • Product KnowledgeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and features

  • Explain product benefits, specifications, and usage clearly

  • Store PresentationEnsure shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked

  • Arrange displays according to company standards

  • Monitor product expiry dates (if applicable)

  • Inventory ManagementCheck stock levels and report shortages

  • Assist in stock receiving and inventory counts

  • Ensure proper storage of products

  • Cash HandlingProcess payments (cash, card, etc.) accurately

  • Issue receipts and manage billing systems

  • Team CollaborationWork closely with team members and supervisors

  • Support store operations and daily tasks

  • Compliance & DisciplineFollow company policies and procedures
