Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Sales
    • Welcome and approach potential customers in a friendly, professional manner.
    • Demonstrate cosmetic products, explain benefits, and recommend items tailored to customer needs.
    • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
  • Booth Operations
    • Set up and maintain the booth/kiosk to ensure it is attractive, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Monitor stock levels and request replenishment when needed.
    • Handle cash/card transactions accurately and issue receipts.
  • Brand Promotion
    • Actively promote new product launches, special offers, and promotions.
    • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the sales/marketing team.
    • Represent the brand positively at all times.
  • Customer Service
    • Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and usage.
    • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
    • Build relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • bachelor s degree with 1 3 years of experience in retail sales, cosmetics, or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
  • Presentable, energetic, and confident in engaging with customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
