Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized service to create a memorable shopping experience.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective upselling techniques.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is well-stocked and displayed according to company standards.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, transforming potential issues into opportunities for customer loyalty.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems efficiently, processing transactions accurately while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize on promotional events and in-store displays, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, ensuring timely replenishment of popular products.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases and inviting them to return for future promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems, with a knack for quickly learning new technologies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus to cater to diverse customer bases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
