Mirzam Chocolate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Present and explain chocolate, caf , and bakery products confidently.
• Assist customers with tastings, product pairing, and gift recommendations.
• Ensure attractive product displays and maintain cleanliness of the sales and serving area.
• Monitor product quality, shelf life, and stock levels throughout the day.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support daily caf service operations (e.g., serving coffee, handling bakery items) as needed.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and build customer loyalty.
• Participate in stock counts, reporting, and restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; F&B or hospitality certification preferred.
• 1 3 years of experience in food retail, chocolate boutiques, caf s, or bakeries.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for artisanal food, premium chocolates, coffee, and pastries.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and storage practices.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
