Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets across multiple store locations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout all retail operations.
Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in retail sales management or a related field.
